Hula — Kahiko & ʻAuana

Learn the ancient art of hula kahiko (traditional) and hula ʻauana (modern). Classes cover hand motions, footwork, chanting, and the stories behind each dance. Open to all ages and experience levels.

Bi-WeeklyAll Levels

Tahitian Dance

High-energy Tahitian dance classes focusing on the ōteʻa and aparima styles. Build strength, rhythm, and connection to Polynesian dance traditions.

WeeklyAges 5–12

Keiki Hula (Children's Class)

A fun, nurturing introduction to hula for our youngest dancers. Children learn basic movements, Hawaiian language through song, and cultural values through dance.

Lei Making

Learn the art of Hawaiian lei making using fresh flowers, ti leaves, and other natural materials. Discover the cultural significance behind different lei styles and when they are traditionally given.

ʻUkulele Workshop

Pick up the ʻukulele and learn traditional Hawaiian songs. From basic chords to strumming island classics, this workshop connects you to the heart of Hawaiian music.

Traditional Cooking & Food Prep

Hands-on workshops exploring traditional Pacific Islander recipes — from poi and laulau to musubi and haupia. Learn the stories and techniques passed down through generations.

Lauhala Weaving

An introduction to the traditional Hawaiian craft of weaving with lauhala (pandanus leaves). Create bracelets, bookmarks, and small baskets while learning about this ancient art form.

Our elders (kūpuna) share moʻolelo — stories of growing up in Hawaiʻi, family traditions, and the values that shaped their lives. A powerful way to preserve oral history and connect generations.

An evening series exploring the diverse cultures of the Pacific — from Samoa and Tonga to Guam and the Marshall Islands. Each session features a different island nation, with stories, food, and cultural sharing.
